COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It’s caused by a virus called coronavirus.
Clients/customer suffering from symptoms will have appointments revoked or rescheduled within a 4 week period where applicable we will try and provide estimates by phone or email.
Elderly and vulnerable clients should not attend our offices at all.
Home visits will only be made if urgent and assessed on a case by case basis

The elderly and those with chronic health problems are most at risk from this new infection. Please keep an extra special eye out for them and do whatever you can to help keep them safe and well.

Domestic Lift Services Ltd have issued internal guidance to all employees notifying them of their responsibilities to assist the company to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. This includes maintaining the very high levels of hygiene to keep the chance of contamination to an absolute minimum.
We are also regularly reviewing our operations, to ensure our colleagues and customers are fully supported, and that we minimise any impact on the supply of our services.
So for the time being it is business as usual until we are told any different by the UK Government.
